A Continuous Ink Supply system - a clever bit of plumbing and connections which allow an inkjet printer head ink pot to be continuously supplied by a larger reservoir that sits outside the printer which can be re-filled by colour, and before a colour runs out of ink. These systems typically use inexpensive 3rd party ink supplies purchased at bulk pricing points, rather than expensive, high margin, name-brand ink.
